Emerging work.
The blurring of the lines.
I am exploring the junction of all my favorite media….the meeting of handspun, crochet and woven fiber with assembled paper, cloth, metal, wood, and other miscellany. Wood from the ocean shores are locked into my weavings. Old and collected paper scraps are rearranged into assemblages or collage. Selected rust from roadways can be embroidered with with antique fabric scraps, trims, buttons, and notions. These items are vibrating in their drawers and shelves ready for this gleaner to find their place.
